A graduate of Tufts University in 1992, Dr. Jeff Dello Russo received his medical degree from New York Medical College. He went on to complete his ophthalmology residency training at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York (a Columbia Presbyterian affiliate) and has completed his refractive fellowship training with the New Jersey Eye Center under the tutelage of his highly acclaimed father, laser eye surgeon, Dr. Joseph Dello Russo.
Dr. Jeff Dello Russo introduced with his father the “No blade laser vision correction” in 2002 and was the first laser surgeon to perform the procedure in the greater New York metropolitan area. His was the lead clinical site for a study of Dry Eye treatment using an eye drop treatment manufactured by Daiichi Pharmaceutical Company
Dr. Jeff Dello Russo and his father developed most of the treatment protocols which all laser surgeons are presently using for the best outcomes of both LASIK and PRK.
